Create a cross-tool project brief

Use this Recipe when project truth is split across conversation, issue tracking, and a written brief.

Before you start

Add an agent built in Ando to the project conversation.
Open the agent in Studio -> Agents, then connect Linear and Notion under Connected tools. See agent tool setup.
Limit Notion access to the pages and workspace the agent needs.

Paste this prompt

Compare:
- decisions in this Ando conversation from this week,
- recent Linear issue updates for this project,
- the current Notion project brief.

Create one concise project brief with:
1. confirmed decisions,
2. conflicting or stale information,
3. blockers and missing decisions,
4. the next three actions.

Cite the source for each conflict. Do not update Linear or Notion.

What to look for

The useful part is the disagreement map. The agent should show which source says what, not silently choose a winner. Resolve the conflict with the responsible person before changing the underlying record.

Keep in mind
